What inspired you to start your own practice?
My passion for food and nutrition began years ago when I faced my own health challenges.
Determined to understand the connection between nutrition and well-being, I pursued a Master’s degree in Nutrition. For the first time in my life, I experienced what true health felt like. That realization fueled my desire to share this knowledge and help others reclaim their health.
