1 cup organic chicken/free range beef broth (The Essential Broth Co.)

1/2 tsp dried ginger powder or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1/8 tsp Black pepper, enhances absorption of turmeric

1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt or 1 tsp Miso paste 

1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

1 tsp greens powder (optional) 

1 Tbsp collagen powder 

Heat broth, add ginger, turmeric powder, and pepper.  Bring it to a boil, simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.  Add salt/miso, coconut oil, greens powder, collagen
